1. LOG IN Once you have filled your basket and verified your articles, click on "Confirm my order". Simply log in to continue completing your current order. If you already have an account, enter your username and password and then confirm. If this is your first order or you do not have an account, you will be asked to create an account by clicking on the link to the left. When clicking on "create your account", you will reach the "my account" page. Simply follow the instructions to create your account. For more information on creating an account, refer to the first question on the page.
2. SHIPMENT Once you have logged in, you will arrive on the shipment page to choose your delivery method. Here, you must enter your billing address and shipping address. To make payment, click on "Order", then choose your delivery method:
- Delivery by Colissimo to a distribution point
- Delivery by Colissimo to your home
- Delivery by Chronopost.
Then, you must accept the general sales conditions and click on "Order"
3. PAYMENT This step provides an overview of your shopping cart and a choice of different payment methods. You must choose a payment method, enter your credit card information and then click on "Order".
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (operating hours after shipment). Delivery times depend on the destination. • Your order will be shipped after your payment has been received and certain data verified. • For same day shipment, your order must be placed, verified and confirmed before 1 p.m. After this time, your order will be shipped the following day. (1) These delivery times only take effect after receiving the shipment confirmation email, and exclude order preparation time. 1 to 2 additional days are needed for all shipments made to Corsica.
Once your order status and payment have been confirmed, we will send you an initial confirmation email. If you don't receive these confirmation emails, it may mean that your order wasn't registered. Moreover, once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will also receive a shipment confirmation by email. Before your payment has been validated, you can change or cancel your order on "My shopping cart" page when asked to confirm your order. To cancel an order after payment confirmation, call us at 0800 808 909 (Monday through Friday from 8:30-12:30 and 2-5) so that we can cancel your order prior to processing, and then confirm your request by sending an email to email@example.com. If processing has been completed, you can also return ordered products within a two-week period after receiving your order.
You can return products ordered from www.biocyte.com within a two-week period after delivery, in compliance with current distance selling regulations. If the products delivered do not comply with the order or are damaged, return them accompanied with the elements listed on the delivery slip and invoice. You will be reimbursed. Products ordered from our distributing pharmacies or drugstores cannot be exchanged or reimbursed.
If you wish to change your password, go to "MY ACCOUNT". On the "MY PERSONAL INFORMATION" login page, enter your current password and then your new password. Confirm your new password.
Go to "My account". On the login page, click on "'Forgot your password". Enter your registration email address and we will send you your password.
Your online payment is 100% secure. The bank transaction takes place directly between you and the bank. As none of your personal data is stored on our servers, all of your bank information is fully secure.
You may pay online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Your card details are encrypted (SSL mode) and are neither known nor stored by Biocyte. All online payments made on the Biocyte.com site are safely transmitted to our partner BNP Paribas. You can also pay by PAYPAL.
