Vitamin C, or ascorbic acid, is found in most fruits and vegetables. It is an essential vitamin that the body cannot produce, and which can be acquired only through diet or external supplementation.

What is liposomal technology?

Liposomes are micro-spheres with a structure identical to that of cell membranes. They protect the active ingredients and optimize their absorption. 

Simply take 2 capsules per day with a large glass of water. This will provide you with a dose of 500 mg of vitamin C, the equivalent of 625% of the NRVs (nutrient reference values).

1 to 2 capsules per day, preferably in the morning, with a glass of water
