Eat KETO, live KETO
The ketogenic diet is based on a high consumptions of lipids and a very small amount of carbohydrates.
Eating KETO is reversing the food pyramid we all know. It’s all about proportions, and the total amount of calories is respected so you don’t regain weight just after this diet.
In a ketogenic diet, meals are made up of meats, fish, eggs, cheeses, unsweetened vegetables and fruits, oilseeds or very dark chocolate.
It is also a new way of cooking with taste because you can use a lot of condiments such as butter, cream, spices or seasonings.
Even if some foods are not recommanded for keeping a state of ketosis, this is not a frustrating way of eating : There is a lot of food alternatives and you can revisite all the dishes.
