How to reduce facial wrinkles?
From the age of 30, fight the first facial wrinkles with a course of skincare supplements. Enriched with anti-aging active ingredients, these help fade wrinkles already present on the face and prevent their reappearance. Cosmetic care, a healthy lifestyle, and a varied diet are also other weapons against wrinkles.
Anti-aging active ingredients: what are they?
Anti-aging active ingredients are molecules that help fight against skin cell aging. These include:
—
Hyaluronic acid , which is naturally present in the dermis, but whose quality and quantity decrease considerably with age.
Hyaluronic acid helps fight wrinkles by capturing and retaining water in the deeper layers of the skin.
— Retinol, which is one of the three available forms of vitamin A. Also present in the skin, it helps renew cells at the base of the epidermis and protects them from premature aging.
— Vitamin C, which activates collagen synthesis and effectively neutralizes free radicals that are harmful to the skin.
— Glycolic acid, which removes dead skin cells, improving its texture and overall appearance. This active ingredient optimizes skin hydration and helps keep skin soft and comfortable.
— Collagen, which alone represents approximately 80% of the proteins that make up the skin. Its natural production slows down from the age of 30, leading to a loss of skin density and the formation of wrinkles on the face. This essential natural protein optimizes skin elasticity.
For effective wrinkle treatment , opt for a range of skin food supplements and cosmetic treatments whose formulas contain one or more anti-aging active ingredients.

Anti-aging creams, serums, and other cosmetics can also be of great help against wrinkles. They act on the surface layer of the skin and therefore visually improve the skin's appearance. Again, opt for skincare products packed with anti-aging active ingredients.
Good anti-aging actions
Moisturize your skin daily with a rich cream and by drinking plenty of water. Mechanical skin hydration treatments should be applied twice a day, morning and evening. Also, choose formulas enriched with essential ingredients like vitamins C and E, calcium, and polyphenols to protect your skin from external aggressions. These active ingredients also work synergistically to firm the skin and give it more density.
In addition to moisturizing, your beauty routine should include thorough cleansing and makeup removal. These steps rid your skin of impurities and makeup residue. This will cleanse your skin of pollutants, making your anti-wrinkle cream even more effective.
To fight against facial wrinkles also:
— Use sunscreen appropriate for your skin type and avoid sun exposure between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. When the weather is nice and you go outside, wear a wide-brimmed hat to protect your face from UVA and UVB rays, which cause photoaging by damaging cells. The sun's harmful rays also damage the elastin and collagen fibers in the skin.
— Get enough sleep.
— Treat yourself to a well-done facial massage to help relieve fatigue, soften facial features, and smooth out fine lines.
— Eat more antioxidant-rich foods like tomatoes, avocados, artichokes, raspberries, and cherries. Also, eat more omega-3-rich foods like spinach and salmon. Vary your diet by including as many fruits and vegetables as possible.
Tobacco and alcohol are other toxic substances to avoid, as they can contribute to skin aging and therefore the appearance of wrinkles.
