DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Intensive Phase (first 5 days): With a large glass of water, take 2 white capsules and 2 brown capsules per day for 5 days, preferably in the morning with breakfast.

Follow-up Phase (next 5 days): Take 1 white capsule and 1 brown capsule per day for the next 5 days, preferably in the morning with breakfast.

When traveling, start taking the product 2 days before departure.
