Take 1 capsule per day, with a large glass of water.

Should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children and adolescents. Do not drive for 4 or 5 hours after taking the product. Consumption not recommended without medical advice in cases of inflammatory or autoimmune diseases, epilepsy, asthma or when taking medication (antidepressants, sleeping pills or other sedatives).
