We systematically favor natural active ingredients, but we also use biotechnology-derived active ingredients known for their unparalleled effectiveness. Our formulas are constantly being improved, and we replace certain active ingredients with even better ones whenever possible.
Delivery / My order
Once your order has been validated and prepared by our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email . Simply click on "Track my order" in the body of the email to access the tracking of your package. You can also check your tracking directly via your Biocyte account. To do this, log in by clicking on "My account" at the top right of our site, then click on "My orders". Then simply copy and paste your order number and click on "track my order".
You can also track the progress of your package by connecting to the chat.
Depending on the progress of your order, we may still be able to
change your delivery address. If the order has already been processed
by the warehouse, however, we will no longer be able to modify it. Do not hesitate
not to contact us as soon as possible via contact@biocyte.eu .
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed. Our delivery times are indicated in business days (i.e., excluding weekends and public holidays). This timeframe begins on the date the package is shipped.
First, check the package tracking tool using the tracking number sent to you by email. This will give you all the information you need about the processing stage of your package.
If you haven't received an email, log in to your customer area to access your upcoming and recent orders. If you can't find the information you're looking for and your package is more than 3 business days late, contact our customer service by email at contact@biocyte.eu to find the best solution.
